Secret Spots
Gain an understanding in this video how to create your Secret Spot. Secret Spots are not seen by others. It can be a break further down from a crowded surf break. Or a surf spot near an exotic location half way around the world. You will get notifications from secret spots like you do with making favorite spots.
Using The Old Man’s App to choose your Secret Spot
From the main screen tap on the 3 vertical dots in the upper left-hand corner
Tap on the pencil icon near “My Secret Spot”
Move the white dot, zooming out or in by moving your index finger and thumb
Place the white dot as near as possible to a location you have discovered
Type in a name for your Secret Spot and tap “save”
After 6 hour database setup time, you will get notified by 4pm (next day) about your surfing conditions at your Secret Spot
Tap “OK”
